Please fill out the form below in order to nominate your candidate. Please remember candidates must meet each categories requirements. Each nominee must receive at least 2 nominations to qualify. After a candidate is nominated and is accepted through the requirement process, they will be asked to submit content to be evaluated by our esteemed judges panel. Winners must be in attendance to be awarded.
